More graphing practice tonight! It's super important that you put in the effort to practice. We're only going to graph more and more complex trig functions over the next month, so it's essential that we get the basics down now!
Tonight, please graph each of the equations on the worksheet provided (5-14). Tomorrow, we'll finish our classwork packets and then look at some more notes on graphing.
For tonight's homework, it will (most likely) be easier for you to draw your own pairs of axes. Then, you can label your own x-axis with the 5 critical points (start, end, halfway point, 1/4 point, and 3/4 point). This will be easier to deal with than the numbers on the axes provided.
If you were absent/lost your paper, here are the equations you need to graph:
5.) y = (1/2)sin(3x)
6.) y = 4cos(4x)
7.) y = 3cos(x/4)
8.) y = (1/2)cos(4x)
9.) y = 3sin(x/3)
10.) y = 4sin(x/3)
11.) y = (1/2)cos(4x)
12.) y = 4cos(3x)
13.) y = 2sin(x/2)
14.) y = (1/2)sin(x/2)
