Monday HW!

Tonight, please complete the following in your textbook:

Page 149 (front page of you 2.2 problem set): 47, 49, 75, 77

• For 47 and 49 use the last example from today's notes to find the polynomial!
• This past weekend you had to find the zeros for 75 and 77--tonight your challenge is to graph those functions!
• Now, your job is to do parts a (end behavior), b (zeros are done), and c (plot points), and then d (draw the graph)
• Find the zeros and y intercept, then plot those
• Next, consider the end behavior...
• Also, find some "additional points"--substitute some values for x--to plot
• Now, use all of this information to sketch each graph!
• This is just like today's classwork!
• If you have more questions or would like to see more examples, open up the PDF file of our textbook and look at the examples in section 2.2!

Also, remember that you have until Sunday night to log 20 minutes into Khan Academy! (in addition to any other homework we get)!
